From order to dispatch
Our Good Molecules skincare orders are prepared after payment is authorized. Normal processing takes 1–2 business days. Delivery travel is a separate stage: after shipment, transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from these business-day estimates. We cannot promise delivery on a specific date.
Where and how we ship
Available destinations, shipping choices and charges are shown for your address at checkout; please review them before paying. Check the street address, unit and postal code carefully. A mistake can delay delivery or require help from the carrier.
Tracking and exceptions
When tracking becomes available, follow its updates for the parcel. If scans stop, a shipment is late, a package appears delivered but cannot be found, or the box arrives damaged, gather the order number and tracking details.
