Requests within 30 days
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange of a new Good Molecules item. We accept eligible returns of both defective and non-defective goods. A change of mind or an option selected in error can qualify when the non-defective item remains new, unused and in its original condition. Damage, defects, missing parts, a wrong item or a material mismatch with its description can also be reported; a problem item need not be undamaged to receive a review. Applicable consumer rights remain in force.
Approval before mailing
Email wiwukojukif39@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and reason. For a problem item, include clear photos or video and keep the package and components. Wait for approval and the accurate return address and instructions before mailing anything. A free prepaid return label is included in the package for eligible postal returns; if it is missing, ask us for assistance. We charge no restocking fee. Do not send a parcel to our general mailing address unless we specifically confirm that destination.
Exchanges and refunds
Exchanges are accepted when eligible, subject to review and available stock. After a refund is approved, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it. This timing does not promise the funds will appear by a particular date.
